Karen Lee Foong Voon

Karen Lee possesses 25 years of experience in dispute resolution. She began her legal career in 2001 as an associate at one of Kuala Lumpur’s largest law firms, Messrs Lee Hishammuddin and subsequently, Messrs Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill. In 2007, she co-established a boutique law firm, Messrs Wong Kian Kheong with a focus on dispute resolution. Karen has a proven track record in handling a wide range of matters, including corporate and commercial litigation, civil and land disputes, land acquisition, tax appeals, and administrative law cases. Her approach is marked by professionalism and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.

Hana practices in the area of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on general civil litigation, covering matters of administrative law, land law, construction law, corporate disputes and tenancy disputes. She is committed to providing strategic advocacy and pragmatic solutions.

Kwan Wei Chian

Background

Wei Chian graduated with LL.B. (Hons) Second Upper Class from the University of London, and subsequently obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2025.

Wei Chian acts for clients at all level of courts in Malaysia. She has gained experience in general litigation, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has assisted in matters involving public and administrative law, land law, real estate disputes and contractual disputes.
She is committed to provide clear and solution-oriented advice tailored to clients’ needs. She works closely with clients to ensure that they are supported with comprehensive legal insight and practical guidance throughout the entire litigation process. She ensures that clients understand each step of the process and are able to make well-informed decisions.

Robinson Loh Min Shen

Background

Robinson Loh Min Shen holds a LL.B (Hons) degree from Cardiff University and completed the Bar Training Course (LLM) at Cardiff University in 2024. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in March 2025.
In May 2025, Robinson commenced his pupillage under the mentorship of Ms Karen Lee, where he primarily assists in handling litigation matters.
